Return Policy

We cannot accept returns unless we made a mistake on our end. If we goof, we’ll be more than happy to correct the problem.

T-SHIRTS: All of our t-shirts are custom made as you order them, so each shirt is specific to the customer who purchased it. It’s unlikely another customer will come along wanting the same design in the same size as you, so we can’t just put your shirt back into stock. Well, we could, but it would be unlikely we could sell it.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for incorrect shirt size chosen. Our size chart appears on each listing for our shirts as well as detailed information on the style, make and quality of the shirts that we carry. If you have any questions about sizes, please ask before purchasing. Again, we can not accept returns / exchanges for incorrect size chosen.

Designs applied to the T Shirts, Sleep Tees, Flags and Totes are all sizes. Please ask any and all questions BEFORE ORDERING. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for disappointment in the size of a design.

If you want to return a shirt that we made a mistake on, please contact us first for an authorization number. We will send you an authorization number which you can write on your package. Any returns arriving without an authorization number will be refused, and a refund will not be made.

ALL OTHER ITEMS will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but are governed by our overall policy. Simply put, if we screw up, we promise that we’ll fix it. If you screw up, well… contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We cannot accept responsibility if you fail to ask questions first and order the wrong item. We’ll do what we can to make you happy and solve your problem, but if items are returned because of a mistake by the customer, returned items must receive prior authorization and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns must be in original condition. We cannot accept returns on items such as jewelry and feather hair extensions that have been worn, or tote bags that have clearly been used.
