This Product Has Been Removed

Lawyer PoutingIf you’ve wound up here, it’s because this product has been removed. This is probably because we were requested (or ordered) to do so by other parties. Normally when we remove a product from our catalog it is because a design is no longer available or we’ve just decided to stop carrying it. But sometimes we unintentionally run afoul of copyright claimants and, on occasion, copyright trolls who are just trying to cause trouble. This is why this page exists – to inform our customers that we have had to remove a product against our wishes, and extend our apologies for the inconvenience. So… if you’re here, we apologize for the trouble.

Where copyrights are concerned, all of us here at Floozees Doozees take copyrights seriously. We would never intentionally violate a copyright, and we remove designs immediately when we are advised that Floozees Doozees has¬†infringed upon someone’s copyright. However, we do buy designs from other companies, with their assurances that all materials are legally licensed, and we presume this is the case when designs are purchased from those sources. On occasion, however, it sometimes turns out this is not the case, and do everything in our power to make it right.

Most often, much to our chagrin, we encounter overzealous lawyers who don’t seem to understand when their client licenses a design to a company which manufactures professional heat transfers, those transfers wind up in the hands of companies like Floozees Doozees, where they are applied to our products. Our policy is to immediately remove any contested design. However, we are aware that this often means these well-meaning but ultimately obsessively litigious lawyers are, in fact, costing their clients money.

Anyway, it should be fairly obvious that if we removed the product you were looking for, we’re not happy about it. That you have wound up here is a statement in itself that we removed a product we would very much like to have carried in our catalog, but decided that, in the end, it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
