PayPal Policy

This page will explain why many U.S. sellers do not accept PayPal payments from buyers with “unconfirmed” addresses or buyers with “unverified” PayPal accounts and overseas buyers.

For online commerce to thrive, buyers and sellers must feel safe and secure from people they don’t know.  PayPal’s Buyer Protection Guide protects both the buyer and the seller.  These safeguards have been recently updated to increase the confidence of both buyers and sellers in the PayPal network.

Floozees Doozees’s PayPal Policy

  • For orders of $45 or more, we will only accept payments from users who have a Confirmed Address.  We won’t accept payments shipping to unconfirmed addresses or P.O. Boxes.
  • Please don’t contact Floozees Doozees for problems using PayPal or if PayPal’s system isn’t functioning properly. We can’t help you with PayPal related problems.  PayPal will be glad to assist you at (888) 215-5506, Monday-Friday, 6am to Midnight.
  • We understand that completing PayPal’s requirements to become a “Verified Buyer” with a “Confirmed Address” can be a hassle.  But you only have to do it once, and after you complete the verification steps, then buying from all other merchants who accept PayPal will be a breeze. It’s worth the trouble.

To confirm your address with PayPal, simply complete one or all of the following steps:

  • Make sure your shipping address matches the billing address of your credit card during check-out. (this is easiest)
  • Add a credit or debit card to your PayPal account.
  • Be approved for the PayPal Extras MasterCard.
  • Request a Confirmation Code by mail after you’ve had your PayPal account for 90 days.
