Apologies For E-Mail Problems!

We just discovered, to our horror, that we’ve had a persistent technical glitch in our e-mail system for some time which has caused us to miss some of our customers’ messages. The order and invoicing system was not affected, but some of the general comments and inquiries never reached us.

If you wrote us here at Floozees Doozees and did not receive a response, please accept my personal apology. We value your input and questions, and are dedicated to answering your messages in a timely fashion. If you’ve written us and didn’t receive a response, please write us again, and accept my assurances that you’ll definitely receive a response the next time.

To all of our wonderful customers, please accept our apologies for an inconvenience. We’ll make it up to you.
