For orders of $45 or more, we will only accept payments from users who have a Confirmed Address. We won’t accept payments shipping to unconfirmed addresses or P.O. Boxes. We’re a small company, and that’s just less risk for us. Therefore, we thought maybe we should explain exactly what a “Confirmed Address” is.
So… What is a Confirmed Address?
A buyer’s Confirmed Address is checked against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company, or is verified by PayPal. So if your order is shipping to the billing address on your credit card, you’re good. Because Confirmed Addresses must be in the name of the account holder, Gift Addresses can never be confirmed.
To confirm your address with PayPal, simply complete one or all of the following steps:
What is an Unconfirmed Address?
Because Confirmed Addresses must be in the name of the account holder, an Unconfirmed Address is one which does not match the credit card billing address maintained by a buyer, or has not been verified by PayPal.
My address is no longer Confirmed, but it used to be. What happened?
Addresses can become Unconfirmed if the credit card associated with the address is removed or expires. You’ll need to get with PayPal on that one.
