Remaking the curly episodes is certain doom for those stupid enough to try. It is like remaking the Marx Brothers. Some things should never be tampered with. Curly: “Mirage, mirrage, whatever it is, I’m going swimming!” Boy was he homely. I always thought James Gandolfini resembled Curly. I laugh just listening to them , let alone watching them. The Honeymooners are like that as well.You don’t need to see the slapstick, just hearing their banter is gut splitting!
